Happy new year to everyone at Piccadilly Lofts.

There have been some problems with the entry system (again!) over the festive period and contractors attended yesterday to sort this out. Replacing the whole system is the next big thing on our budget. 

 A full survey of the building was conducted in December which pointed out areas which need attention, obviously including the leak in the foyer. We have had this problem for getting on three years now. Several experienced roofers have been unable to diagnose the problem, but fingers crossed the latest theory is correct and at last we will be water tight!

 Piccadilly Lofts Management Company, who is made up of elected leaseholders, are looking for people who want to take an active interest in helping run the building. The committee is down to only three members and soon there will only be two.
