A large number of apartments have received invoices from United Utilities recently dating back several years. Steven Scanlans are investigating the matter at present and I will post a note when more light is shed on the matter.
Both the inside and the outside decorating is nearing completion and has really lifted the appearance of the building I think. The windows are due to be cleaned next month once the paint has had time to completely dry in this cold weather.
Wahab is continuing to do a great job around the lofts, the building just seems to get cleaner and cleaner!
The directors had a very productive meeting with our managing agent Stevens Scanlan a few weeks back and we have highlighted areas of the building that will need our attention in the not to distant future, more details to follow on this.
The next residents meeting has had to be postponed but should take plave in December, I will post a note once this is finalised.
