Please can all residents be vigilant to tailgaters. We have had several reports of people trying to gain access to the building by following residents through the front door. The police have been informed and we will have an increased security presence on site for the forseeable future.

The car park flood has been due to one of the sump pumps failing. Technicians have tried to fix this to no avail, they are due to replace the pump tomorrow.
