There are now cycle racks situated underneath the stairs, on the ground floor, on both sides of the building. Please use them instead of securing your bike in the lobby where they are on show to potential thieves.
Hopefully all of you have noticed the dramatic difference our new caretaker (Wahab) has had on the Lofts. I do not think it has ever been this clean and is still improving week by week. So a big thank you to him.
On a different note, there has been a delay in installing the new bike racks due to a supply problem, but they will be installed soon and I will write a post as soon as they are in place.
We are still having problems with the roof leak, the latest contractors have not been able to sort it so it is on to the next with fingers crossed.
Some very positive news on the property front: The “FOR SALE / TO LET” page on the website has successfully rented its first ever property.
