Piccadilly Lofts Management Ltd.

Mark has resigned in his post as janitor at Piccadilly Lofts with affect from the 18th April. We have already begun looking for his permanent replacement. Until his position is filled there will a number of people on site taking over his responsibilities. For example, there will be a security guard on site regularly doing full inspections with effect from now.

Bike racks are soon to be installed under the stair cases. I will post a note as soon as work is completed.

For administration purposes, please could every resident who uses the car park please e-mail me their name, space number(s) and apartment number. All information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties.
