A reminder to all residents…..

Please be aware that Piccadilly Lofts (70-72 Dale St) is a grade II listed building. Therefore alterations to it’s exterior or interior is subject to approval from ‘The Local Planning Authority’. This includes the addition of satellite dishes and any other aerials/antenna on the outside of the building.

It is a duty of all leaseholders to adhere to Planning Authority imposed regulations, as per your lease.

To all residents who have a satellite dish, please remove the dishes asap or you will incur the cost of their removal, may be fined or even inprisoned due to breaching the above regulations.

On Saturday 8th March just before 7am we had a break in. Roughly 30m of copper piping was ripped down in the car park and stolen. The culprit has been caught on CCTV and the Police informed. If anyone saw anything suspicious around this time, could they please get in contact. info@plml.co.uk

This years AGM will take place 2nd April at 19:30 in the foyer. Everyone that can make is strongly encouraged to come along. There will be a reminder in the post shortly.
